Welcome to 1 in 46. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1 in 46 application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using 1 in 46, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration

To use 1 in 46, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and 16 require verifiable parental or guardian consent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use 1 in 46 in compliance with all applicable laws and our Community Guidelines. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Post content that violates our Community Guidelines
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading enforcement actions
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission

4. User-Generated Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all dream content, text, voice recordings, and other materials you submit to 1 in 46 ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

License Grant

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant 1 in 46 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, store, and display your User Content as necessary to operate the Service — including AI interpretation, Dream Cinema video generation, Dream Twin matching, and displaying publicly shared content in the community feed.

Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or our Community Guidelines.

5. Subscription Terms

1 in 46 offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed on a monthly basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. 1 in 46 does not process refunds directly.

6. AI-Generated Content

1 in 46 uses artificial intelligence to generate dream interpretations, source classifications, and Dream Cinema videos. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

  • AI interpretations may contain inaccuracies, unexpected results, or content that does not accurately reflect your dream experience.
  • AI outputs should not be treated as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The 1 in 46 application, including its design, code, branding, features, and all proprietary technology, is owned by 1 in 46 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing privacy@1in46.app. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including dream content, interpretations, and social activity, will be permanently removed from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. In cases of serious violations, termination may occur without prior notice.

9. Warranty Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 1 IN 46 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO 1 IN 46 IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and 1 in 46 each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
