Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
From within the app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently remove your account.
Can't access the app?
Send an email to privacy@1in46.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your dream entries, interpretations, videos, social activity, and personal data will be removed from our systems. Requests are processed within 48 hours of identity verification.

View, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Subscription Details
On iOS (iPhone / iPad)
Go to device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or open this link directly: Manage Apple Subscriptions
On Android
Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and select 1 in 46 to manage or cancel.
You can cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Restore Purchases
Already subscribed on another device? Go to in-app Settings → Restore Purchases to reactivate your plan.

Troubleshooting
Common issues and how to resolve them.
App crashes or won’t load
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, clear the app cache in your device settings, or uninstall and reinstall. Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements (iOS 16+ / Android 10+).
Login issues
Magic links expire after 15 minutes. Check your spam or junk folder. If the link has expired, request a new one from the login screen. Ensure you’re using the same email address you registered with.
Apple / Google Sign-In not working
Check your internet connection. Ensure you’re signed into the correct Apple ID or Google account on your device. Update your operating system to the latest version and try again.
Subscription not reflecting
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases within the app. Ensure you’re signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. It may take a few minutes for changes to sync.
Voice input not working
Grant microphone permissions: go to your device Settings → 1 in 46 → Microphone and ensure it’s enabled. On first use, the app will request permission — tap Allow.
Notifications not arriving
Enable notifications in your device Settings → 1 in 46 → Notifications. Also check in-app: Settings → Notifications and ensure your preferred notification types are toggled on.
Dream Cinema not generating
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Dream Cinema requires AI video credits, which are included with Premium and Premium+ plans. Check your remaining credits in Settings → Subscription.
Changing language
1 in 46 currently supports English, Arabic, Turkish. To change your language, go to in-app Settings → Language and select your preferred option. The change applies immediately.
